What Aurora is
Aurora is designed as the member-facing front door for health access, navigation, membership administration and non-clinical support. The experience is being built to work across mobile and web with a consistent bilingual design.
Aurora is not an insurer and does not make medical decisions. Where clinical care is offered, it is provided by independent licensed clinical providers under the applicable arrangements.
Aurora Health Membership is not health insurance and is not intended to replace ACA, Medicaid, Medicare or major medical coverage.
Our design principles
